Last time, we explored Kevin McKernan's compressed BTC Prague presentation on decentralizing medicine with Bitcoin. But what couldn't fit in 20 minutes filled a masterful two-hour conversation with Efrat Fenigson.

What emerged wasn't a mere rehash, it was a dissection of powerful revelations, and better still, solutions. The full scope of the contamination, the deliberate deception, and most importantly, the specific actions we can take right now to build our way out.

The RICO Case: From Deception to Racketeering

While McKernan's Prague talk exposed contamination, the Fenigson interview revealed something that should interest every prosecutor in America:

"They came back saying, okay, we looked through the sequence, and lo and behold, you're right, there is SV40 stuff there that they didn't tell us about, but we still don't think it's meaningful."

This becomes a racketeering issue because, as McKernan explained, regulators at the EMA and FDA moved beyond being misled to actively covering up for those who deceived them.

Fenigson pressed: "Which I believe then shows that they're a part of it."

"They are. They absolutely are, and it starts bringing in RICO. This is a racketeering exercise now because they've been made aware of this and they're still running cover."

McKernan described how, when you input a DNA sequence into typical commercial analysis software, the standard output, pictured above on the right, appears automatically, implying that someone at Pfizer intentionally removed references to SV40 from the database or settings.

This isn't mere speculation. It's documented in FOIA'd emails, published papers, and regulatory admissions.

The OP_RETURN Debate: Why Bitcoin Purists Shouldn't Throw Baby Out with the Bathwater

McKernan addressed the elephant in the room with Fenigson—the Bitcoin maximalist resistance to non-monetary data:

"There is some suggestion that maybe like Bitcoin Knots and others might fork off on this because... they only want to propagate messages that don't have this type of crap in there. But I'm trying to argue the community: It's not crap. We need to decentralize science."

His argument is surgical in its precision:

First, the precedent exists: "Even Satoshi himself, the first Genesis block has a 'why'. Even on our checks right now, when we write a check to someone, there's a field that says, why are you doing this?... Satoshi on his first one said, the reason I'm doing this is because of what the banks did in 2008."

Second, it's minimal data: "We just need to have a little like timestamp that it exists and a redirect as to where you find the distributed data store for it, which might be doable in the new system that they're talking about rolling out."

Third, the alternative is catastrophic: "Otherwise, you're going to get locked down again. You're going to have all this imposition on your civil liberties because we believe in censorship-resistant money, but we don't believe in censorship-free science."

Fourth, it's already priced in: "Since everyone's paying on a sats per byte basis, there's a market and the miners might need that market in like five halvings from now when there's no reward."

McKernan isn't proposing to bloat the chain with PDFs. He's proposing:

• Hash of the research (tiny)
• Link to IPFS/Nostr/BitTorrent (minimal bytes)
• Timestamp proof (already standard)

He advised against uploading the entire paper to the blockchain, suggesting instead that it would be better to include either a link to the paper or just a hash of it.

The Manufacturing Shell Game: Full Documentation

McKernan broke it down: Clean Process 1 for trials. Contaminated Process 2 from E. coli for mass production.

He said that what makes this a RICO issue is that the EMA requested a retrial involving 250 participants, but the company disregarded the request and failed to provide the required data.

How do we know?

"There was an email hack that occurred at the EMA where somebody, God bless them, hacked the EMA and released all this trial information."

The European regulators knew. They requested proper trials, were ignored, then covered for Pfizer anyway, completing the conspiracy!

The E-Lot Mystery: An Urgent Call to Action

McKernan pointed out that the data indicates a small portion of the lots—just 4%—account for about 77% of the reported adverse events.

These weren't deliberately designed to harm—but the quality control variance created a de facto Russian roulette. The critical revelation:

"The lots that were the most notorious that had the worst adverse events have never been sequenced."

McKernan suspects the E-lots are 10 times the concentration of this DNA.

Without these vials, we're flying blind.

The Self-Amplifying Threat: From Pets to People

While the panel discussion we broke down in the last installment suggested Japan had already deployed self-amplifying vaccines, McKernan's extended conversation with Fenigson clarified the timeline:

"They're going to do this again and they're going to do it this time with vaccines that you cannot avoid. They're going to use self-amplifying ones that are going to hop person-to-person."

The future tense is crucial at the moment, but for how long? Although there is reason to suspect this may already in play, there is no concrete evidence to date that the technology is deployed in humans.

That said, Japan has approved them. The infrastructure is ready.

The country approved a self-amplifying mRNA COVID-19 vaccine called KOSTAIVE (ARCT-154), developed by Meiji Seika Pharma with technology from Arcturus Therapeutics. This vaccine uses self-amplifying mRNA that instructs cells to produce more copies of the mRNA, potentially boosting immune response with a lower dose than conventional mRNA vaccines. According to a Perplexity Ai search and the linked Nature article above, it was first approved in Japan in November 2023 and has been distributed since late 2024.

But here's what should concern you even more: they're already in veterinary use in the US.

Self-amplifying vaccines are being used in our furry friends right now. Self-amplifying mRNA vaccines are currently being used in pets, specifically for dogs and cats. For example, Merck Animal Health launched RNA vaccines using self-amplifying mRNA technology for canine influenza (Nobivac® NXT Canine Flu H3N2) and feline leukemia (Nobivac® NXT FeLV) in 2024.

Think about the implications:

• No informed consent from pets
• No tracking of household transmission
• No studies on human exposure
• Perfect plausible deniability

McKernan also revealed something he couldn't fully discuss in Prague—the Seattle incident:

"There was a group in Seattle that was trying to make a vaccine for SARS... suddenly everyone in their lab started testing positive for COVID tests... They discovered that the plasmid vaccine that they were making was replication competent in humans. And it went from E. coli on their face into their nose, spread all over Seattle."

According to McKernan, this is NOT theoretical. It happened. It was documented. And the CDC's response?

"Oh, it got to one housemate, and we stopped looking beyond that."

Just one? If a lab accident can spread throughout a city, what happens when every veterinary clinic is injecting self-amplifying vaccines into pets that sleep in our beds?

The Blood Supply Crisis Lights Up an Entrepreneurial Opportunity

McKernan confirmed that the blood supply is currently contaminated with Simian
Virus #40. Several studies demonstrate that the contamination persists even when detection methods achieve suppression at levels of up to a hundredfold.

What does that mean? Even when scientists use very sensitive tests that can reduce the amount they detect by 100 times, they still find that the contamination is there. So, despite strong efforts to make it hard to detect or reduce it, this contamination continues to be present. A whole lot of it is in there.

McKernan outlined the solution—not traditional blood banks, but an "Uber method" registry:

• Geographic matching
• Direct coordination
• Scheduled donations

"That would be very, very productive."
