Unpacking the HHS Congressional Hearings: The Receipts Are In, The Blame Game Has Begun

If you blinked last week, you might have missed a historic event: the U.S. government finally held a hearing on vaccine safety. Not a Pharma-funded infomercial, but a real, contentious examination of what was injected into billions.

For those of us who prioritize health sovereignty—the biohackers, the mitochondrial maximizers, the individuals who understand that their body is their most critical asset—this hearing was a masterclass in institutional failure. It was the proof-of-work for the “don’t trust, verify” crowd, applied to the most important ledger of all: our biology.

Last week wasn't just another week in the ongoing medical freedom fight. It was the week the receipts dropped—twice.

First, RFK Jr. himself faced a blistering Senate hearing on September 4, where even Republicans challenged him on vaccine access. Then, five days later on September 9, the real bombshell: a Senate hearing that exposed the complete fraud underlying childhood vaccine "safety" testing.

Two hearings. Two different committees. One massive revelation: the entire vaccine safety narrative is built on lies.

September 4: RFK Jr. Under Fire

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appeared before the Senate Finance Committee facing bipartisan pushback. Some Republicans reminded him of Trump's Operation Warp Speed legacy while allies like Senator Ron Johnson shared studies that called vaccine efficacy into question. Democrats called for his resignation.

The three-hour grilling revealed Kennedy had:

• Fired the entire CDC vaccine advisory panel
• Limited COVID vaccine access to 65+ and high-risk groups
• Pushed out newly confirmed CDC director Susan Monarez after just 29 days

Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) accused Kennedy of breaking his confirmation promises about vaccine access.

Senator Elizabeth Warren demanded, "honor your promise" not to restrict vaccines. Kennedy shot back that Monarez was untrustworthy and the CDC had been "corrupt" for decades.

But this was just the appetizer.

September 9: The Real Hearing - When Siri Dropped The Bomb

Five days later, Senator Ron Johnson chaired what may be the most important vaccine hearing in U.S. history. The Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations hearing, titled "How the Corruption of Science Has Impacted Public Perception and Policies Regarding Vaccines," featured three witnesses:

An Explosive Clash of Realities

The hearing featured a stark dichotomy:

• The Truth Tellers: Attorney Aaron Siri (who has successfully sued HHS for their withheld data), data analyst Toby Rogers, Ph.D., and Senator Ron Johnson. They came armed with data, legal precedent, and the stories of the vaccine-injured.
• The Centralized Shill: Dr. Jake Scott of Stanford, representing the captured Pharma-Gov-Academia complex. His performance was a masterclass in gaslighting, dismissing a mountain of evidence with the tired talismanic incantation: "safe and effective."

Today we'll dive down the rabbit hole, using some of the sharpest lenses on X to bring what is often an intentionally blurry picture into focus.

The most explosive moment? When Siri referenced the 66-page document he submitted to congress in August, proving that not a single routine childhood vaccine on the CDC schedule was tested against a true placebo.

The Camus account is one of the best aggregators of unfolding events and were it not for him, many, including myself, would have completely missed the hearings, much less their substance. Thanks go out for his tireless work bringing important information to the fore.

Dr. Scott attempted to counter with his database of 661 "placebo-controlled" trials. Siri methodically destroyed it:

• 567 were for vaccines not on the childhood schedule
• 70 involved HIV-positive adults, not healthy children
• 21 weren't even U.S.-licensed vaccines
• The final 3? One used an antibiotic as "placebo," another used aluminum adjuvant, the third gave saline only after three doses of Gardasil

Then Siri revealed the ultimate proof: The suppressed Henry Ford Health System study tracking 18,468 children over 10 years. The results? 83% of unvaccinated children remained free of chronic conditions versus only 43% of vaccinated.

The researchers admitted the findings were "astonishing" but refused to publish, fearing for their careers.

Then Dr. Toby Rogers took the floor with the autism data...

Rogers, who holds a doctorate in political economy from the University of Sydney, methodically dismantled every CDC explanation for the autism explosion. His key points:

• "There's no such thing as a genetic epidemic" - Genetics cannot explain autism rising from 1 in 10,000 (1970s) to 1 in 36 today
• Better diagnosis? Debunked - the diagnostic criteria has actually gotten stricter since the 1990s
• Expanded awareness? Can't explain a 277-fold increase
• Environmental toxins? The only environmental exposure that matches the autism timeline perfectly is the expanded vaccine schedule

Rogers presented data showing the correlation between vaccine doses and autism rates across different countries - more vaccines, more autism. Every time. Without exception.

Luminaries Shed Light

It's one thing to aggregate and propagate important information a health conscious public might be missing, as I try to do in this newsletter, it's another to conduct the very research that calls into question the "settled" science and submit it for review. To form a knowledge base and put it into a framework that gets my clients results, I look to experts who have real integrity, are conducting research independent from the centralized gatekeepers of traditional western medicine and have the solid scientific chops to spark real debate that may be outside the Overton window.

To focus our understanding further, let's feature a few of these scientists and statisticians:

• Kevin McKernan, the genomics expert who discovered DNA contamination
• Dr. David Speicher, lead author of those DNA contamination studies
• John Beaudoin Sr., a data analyst tracking excess mortality
• Ethical Skeptic, an anonymous analyst first to detect vaccine death signals
• A Midwestern Doctor, documenting biological mechanisms

The Receipts: The "On-Chain" Analysis

This is where the real analysis happened, not in the hearing room.

While the senators were questioning witnesses, independent researchers have been building the real case. Each piece of their work fits together like a damning puzzle: McKernan and Speicher found WHAT is contaminating the vaccines, Beaudoin documented WHO is dying and WHEN, Ethical Skeptic quantified HOW MANY are dying, and AMD explained WHY the mechanisms are so deadly.

No stranger to the pages of Rabbit Hole Health, most know Kevin McKernan as the lead researcher of the project that mapped the human genome. He is also the man who first discovered, along with David Speicher, the DNA contamination validating the testimony. Their tweets were the equivalent of running a full node, confirming the catastrophic bug in the code as the hearings proceeded:

We have illuminated the work of David Speicher and Kevin McKernan before. Their peer-reviewed September 2025 paper represents the most comprehensive analysis of vaccine contamination to date. Their findings:

Contamination levels:

• Pfizer vials: 371-1,548 nanograms of DNA per dose (up to 153× the FDA/WHO limit of 10ng)
• Moderna vials: 1,130-6,280 nanograms per dose (reaching 627× the regulatory threshold)
• Every single vial tested exceeded safety limits—this wasn't batch-dependent

The SV40 smoking gun:

• Pfizer vials contain undisclosed SV40 promoter-enhancer sequences
• These are nuclear targeting sequences designed to drive DNA into cell nuclei
• Originally used in gene therapy—never disclosed to regulators or the public
• McKernan: "The FDA's own guidance sets a 10ng/dose limit. This isn't a debate; it's a violation of their own consensus rules"

As Speicher noted: "These DNA fragments are designed to enter the nucleus. Combined with the lipid nanoparticles that facilitate cellular entry, you have the perfect delivery system for genomic integration."

McKernan added about the hearing: "DNA contamination entered into the congressional record"—making denial impossible.

The implications are staggering: every person injected received DNA fragments specifically designed to enter cell nuclei, wrapped in a delivery system (LNPs) that ensures cellular penetration, at levels up to 627 times the safety limit.

This data engineer didn't testify, but his FOIA-obtained analysis of 7+ years of Massachusetts death certificates provides yet another smoking gun :

The death shift pattern:

• 2020: Excess deaths were primarily respiratory (COVID pneumonia)
• 2021 onward: Deaths shifted to blood and circulatory causes
• "Cardiac stroke, pulmonary embolism, gastrointestinal hemorrhages, aortic arch dissections—more than the respiratory, which went down at the same time"

The demographics changed:

• Average age of excess deaths: 81 years (2020) → 65 years (2021)
• "The healthiest members of society" showing sudden spikes in mortality
• White-collar workers dying more than blue-collar—suggesting workplace mandates

The numbers:

• 4,000+ vaccine deaths in Massachusetts alone (Beaudoin: "I can stand behind this and I'll swear to it in federal court")
• If Massachusetts (2% of US population) had 4,000 deaths, that extrapolates to 200,000+ nationally
• The seasonal pattern of death (winter peaks from flu/pneumonia) completely disappeared after vaccine rollout

3. The "Game Theorist": The Ethical Skeptic
This account framed the hearings almost like a classic 51% attack—a "Limited Hangout" to reorg the truth and censor the real transaction history:

This anonymous analyst was first to detect the excess mortality signal in late 2021, and continues tracking the catastrophe:

The running totals (Week 23 of 2025):

• 835,000+ excess non-COVID natural cause deaths (primarily vaccine-induced)
• 254,000+ excess non-natural deaths (including 130,000 sudden cardiac deaths in casual drug users)
• 384,000+ excess deaths from malpractice and denial of treatment
• 383,000+ excess deaths from SARS-CoV-2 itself (6.6× annual flu mortality)

The cancer emergency:

• 8.0% excess cancer mortality (12-sigma event—statistically impossible without a cause)
• Novel 1.3% nonlinear growth rate beginning precisely Week 14, 2021
• That's the week of maximum vaccine uptake in the US population
• "When done correctly and ethically, cancer shows a clear inflection in growth rate at Week 14 of 2021"

The ongoing crisis:

• 2,000-4,000 Americans still dying weekly from vaccine effects
• Total manmade excess deaths: 1,475,000+
• That's 79.4% of all pandemic excess mortality caused by the response, not the virus

4. The "Protocol Developer": A Midwestern Doctor
This account explained the fatal flaw in the protocol itself, cutting through the noise and called out the HPV vax in particular. Did you read this one, Liz? Maybe your donors have?

A Midwestern Doctor's Mechanistic Deep Dive

Through his Substack articles, AMD has been documenting the biological mechanisms that explain the deaths the other researchers are tracking:

The clotting catastrophe:

• "Normally, the body continually forms and then breaks down fibrin clots, but once they become misfolded, the enzymes the body uses to break the clots down no longer 'fit,' and hence can't break them down" (source)
• These misfolded clots grow until constrained by blood vessel walls—creating the "calamari clots" embalmers are finding

Zeta potential destruction:

• "Since both the spike protein, and the vaccine lipid nanoparticles contain a positive charge which impairs zeta potential, many videos exist of blood rapidly clumping together from the vaccine" (November 2022 analysis)
• This explains both the microclots (coffee ground appearance) and large fibrous clots

Why spike persists:

• The mRNA was pseudouridated to resist breakdown—ensuring prolonged spike production
• Plasmid DNA contamination (that McKernan found) may integrate into genome
• Some patients show spike protein production 700+ days post-vaccination

The autoimmune cascade:

• Every cell producing spike becomes a target for immune destruction

AMD details how the delivery platform (mRNA vaccine) was designed for lasting and widespread spike protein presence, and discusses the toxin-like characteristics of the spike protein, as well as its ability to trigger varied yet recognizable injury syndromes.

The Pattern Becomes Clear

When you combine all these analyses, the full picture emerges:

• Contaminated product (McKernan/Speicher): DNA fragments at 627× safe levels
• Mechanism of harm (AMD): Misfolded clots, destroyed zeta potential, persistent spike
• Death patterns (Beaudoin): Shift from respiratory to cardiovascular, affecting younger populations
• Scale of catastrophe (Ethical Skeptic): 1.4+ million excess deaths and climbing
• Cover-up tactics (Limited hangouts): Admitting to 25 deaths and old thimerosal problems

This isn't incompetence. It's coordinated.

The Limited Hangout Exposed

For those unfamiliar with intelligence terminology, a "limited hangout" is when caught agencies "resort to admitting—sometimes even volunteering—some of the truth while still managing to withhold the key and damaging facts in the case" (Victor Marchetti, former CIA Deputy Director assistant). Whitney Webb explains how limited hangouts work: admit something small and manageable to prevent investigation of something massive and damaging.

My Spicey Takes

So, we're seeing TWO classic limited hangouts playing out simultaneously:

Limited Hangout #1: The "25 Deaths" Narrative

Timed to coincide with the congressional hearings, HHS is now acknowledging that vaccines have caused 25 childhood deaths. Just 25. Total.

This number is so absurdly small it's an admission of guilt disguised as transparency. It's like a bank robber admitting to stealing a penny while trucks full of gold drive out the back. As Ethical Skeptic's analysis shows, we have 835,000+ excess non-COVID deaths since the vaccine rollout—that's 33,000 times larger than their admitted figure.

They're offering a hard cap on liability—a controlled admission designed to seem reasonable while the actual death toll remains hidden. The public, fascinated by this "admission," and emotionally stirred because the deaths involve children, stops looking for the real numbers throughout our population.

Limited Hangout #2: The Great Thimerosal Misdirection

This brings me to a curious sidebar happening right now: the sudden, renewed vilification of thimerosal—a mercury-based preservative that was largely removed from childhood vaccines two decades ago.

Why resurrect this old villain now?

• Is it because new evidence emerged? No.
• Is it in the COVID shots? No.
• Is it currently harming children? Largely no—it's been mostly phased out.

It's a textbook misdirection. The establishment is terrified of the overwhelming evidence against the NEW platform: the mRNA technology. The liability-free, untested, DNA-contaminated, spike-producing platform that's actively killing thousands weekly.

So they pivot to the OLD villain. They can now "acknowledge" that thimerosal was problematic (past tense, already addressed, old news) while fiercely protecting the current catastrophe. They want to fight the last war to avoid the current one. They'll hold hearings about mercury from the 1990s while mRNA kills in 2025.

This play is akin to offering Bitcoin at $0.25 while hoping nobody notices it's actually trading at $125,000. They're trying to cap their liability with numbers and issues so small they fabricate fake admissions of guilt.

The Senate hearing itself may be the ultimate limited hangout—letting Siri expose some fraud while ensuring the full scope remains hidden. But this time, the independent researchers won't let them control the narrative. The receipts are everywhere. The blockchain of biological truth is immutable.

The Bottom Line for Sleuths

The takeaway for the health-sovereign individual is clear:

1. Run Your Own Node: The institutions are captured. Their ledger is fraudulent. You must verify your own state of health.
2. Follow the Hash Rate: The McKernans and Beaudoins are the independent miners validating the true chain. Their work is the proof.
